| Performing at PBS |

| One of the most exciting traditions at PBS is the rehearsal and presentation each year of The Nutcracker. This year the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Snow Queen, their cavaliers, and most important of all, Clara and her Nutcracker Prince, will welcome you to the Kingdom of the Sweets in late fall, so as not to interfere with the holiday season. Performances will be November 21 & 22. Rehearsals begin September 26. For the spring performance, PBS will present the enchanting story of Cinderella. Staged to Prokofiev’ s evocative and romantic music and with primary choreography by our own Shelley Goodman, Cinderella is a wonderful finish to the year. As always, participation in these performances is open to all levels from Beginning Ballet through adult. Rehearsals will be on weekdays following classes for all levels and on weekends. There is no “costume fee” or “recital fee” other cost to participate, just your commitment to attend all rehearsals. |
