Summer 2025 Schedule

Classes begin Monday July 7 and run through August 14. Some classes are paused during the week of August 4 because of the Summer Intensive.

Students may attend any class appropriate to their age and experience level.

Sign-up is not required; just purchase a class card in advance (click here to purchase), or when you come, and arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Prices for class cards vary by level and are listed below.

If you are new to PBS, please register in advance.

Pre Ballet

, Ages 3 – 5
A class for very young dancers who are discovering their love for movement, music and imagination. We will learn to recognize all the dynamics and rhythms of music, strengthen and stretch our muscles and imagine all different types of stories. Forty-five minutes of fun!
Tuesdays, 5:30- 6:15pm July 7– August 14

Ballet A

, Ages 6-8
A class for the young dancer ready to start barre work and the real technique of ballet. But the fun will still be there as our movements become more stylized but still respond strongly to the music. We will learn to use our feet and understand how beautiful our arms can be.
Mondays, 5 – 6pm July 7– August 14

Ballet B

, Ages 7 – 9
Classes for dancers becoming more serious about their training. These dancers will do a full barre and center, learning new steps and working on technique.
Tuesdays, 6:30 – 7:45pm & Thursday, 5:30 – 6:45pm July 7 – August 14

5 Class Card: $60

Ballet 4 – Advanced, Ages 10 – Adult

These classes will continue to build self sufficiency in the dancer, strengthen technique and introduce new techniques for the younger dancer. Adults may attend whichever classes are appropriate to their experience level.

Classes will be held for these levels: July 7 – July 31 and August 11-14.

Age 10 and up: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5 – 6:45pm
Ages 11 and up: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5 – 6:45pm
Ages 12 and up: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5 – 6:45pm; Tuesdays, 5 - 7pm

Pointe Classes, Ages 10+
You may use the same card for Ballet Technique and Pointe Classes.

Pointe Prep

, Ages 10+ is for dancers who have training and are ready for Pre-Pointe Work. This class will work on cleanliness as a dancer and stress placement and using their feet with precision.
Mondays, 6:45-7:45pm

Beginning Pointe

is for dancers 11 and older who have been given permission to dance on pointe. Dancers taking Beginning Pointe must take 2 ballet classes a week in addition to their pointe class.
Wednesdays, 6:45 – 7:45pm

Intermediate/Advanced Pointe

and the Tuesday Ballet Class on Pointe is for dancers 12 and up with pointe work experience:
Int/Adv Pointe: Thursdays, 6:45-7:45pm; Ballet on Pointe: Tuesdays, 5 - 7pm

Adult and Teen

Two levels of classes:

Adults and Teens just beginning:
